RISK ASSESSMENT for 36” Balloons filled with Hi Float.

Description of Effect:
36” Latex Balloons helium filled to float above stand in Exhibition hall.

Hazard:
Heavy Compressed Gas Cylinder.
A burst balloon will fall to the floor.

Hazard to Whom: Employees & Crew (whilst installing the balloons)

Precautions:
Cylinders are transported on a chained trolley. Helium balloons gas is inert.
The balloons are extremely light and attached to light monofilament line, any debris falling is almost weightless.

Risk Evaluation: LOW

Balloons n things (The Black Balloon Ltd) reserve the right at all times to refuse to fire any effect or any part thereof if the technician deems it to be unsafe, this position must not at any time be compromised.
